How do you cook your steaks to perfection?
At The Pub, we believe a perfect steak is the result of both art and science. It begins with carefully selected cuts of beef, chosen for their superior quality and flavor. From there, our steaks are cooked on a traditional charcoal-grill brick heart—offering a depth of flavor and a sear you simply won’t find on a modern gas or electric grill. Our experienced cooks are masters at their craft, ensuring each steak is prepared to the exact temperature you desire.
What options do you offer for non-steak eaters or those with dietary restrictions?
While we’re famous for our steaks, we’re proud to offer a variety of options beyond beef. Our menu features delicious chicken dishes along with seafood favorites like crab cakes, salmon, shrimp, and more. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, simply let your server know—we’ll be happy to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
